I’m a professional Caribbean and soul food chef, and I’ve been cooking since I was 8 years old. In 2018, I launched my catering journey at Notting Hill Carnival with the only stall serving Jerk and Lobster—and it was a huge hit.

Over the last few years I stepped away from my events career to focus fully on the food I love most. I cook to make people happy, serving fresh, authentic flavours that are always cooked from the heart with love and soul.

What you can expect when I cook for you

I cook to share joy

Cooking is my life, and it genuinely makes me happy to make others happy with my food—every plate is meant to feel generous, comforting, and full of flavour.

I learned young, from family

I learned to cook as a child from my grandmother and my mum, who is a professional chef. That foundation shaped how I season, how I serve, and how I care for guests.

I keep it honest and heartfelt

My secret in the kitchen is simple: I cook with love, soul, and fresh ingredients—because that’s what turns great food into a real experience.
